Licensed Professional Counselor
I believe in the notion that we are all capable of achieving incredible things in our lives and can experience true joy in life with a little dedication and some hard work. Sometimes, however, we just need a little help to do so. As humans, we can become overwhelmed and lose our way. My role as your therapist is to create a trusting and non-judgemental relationship, a listening ear, and to use compassion, coupled with helping you to confront negative patterns of thinking and unhealthy coping skills. Together, we can work towards lasting positive change through building new skill-sets to work through painful issues, focusing on self-worth, purpose, and acceptance. In order to do this, I often utilize Cognitive-Behavior skills, emotional regulation and/or mindfulness, social-skill problem solving, and other techniques such as journaling and role-playing.
If you are ready to take the next step, I look forward to working with you to enhance your relationships with others and to help you find internal peace.

For fun, I love to dance lyrically
Music is always playing in the background at my home. We are a musical family, and it just makes the mood brighter.
For relaxation, I have become an avid puzzle connoisseur. It is just so satisfying when you find that one piece that you have been so patiently searching for!
