Lori Weber is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist with the state of Texas.  She has worked over the past 20+ years in a variety of settings including rehabilitation, long term acute care, and acute care facilities in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has worked with all types of clients including those seeking help with weight management, eating disorders, cardiac, hypertension, diabetes, oncology, renal, gastric disorders, dysphagia, general wellness, and many more nutrition related diagnosis.

 

Lori takes a practical approach in nutrition counseling and individualizes care according to her clients’ needs. She believes that a simple meal plan or “diet” does not help a client achieve long term success.  Lori will work with you to determine the deep-rooted reasons for unhealthy eating habits and focus on mindful eating.  She strives to motivate and educate clients on how to permanently change their eating behaviors and obtain overall wellness. 

 

Get to Know Me:

  • I am originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and am an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan.

  • I have two daughters that will both be in college this fall.

  • I have a rescue golden lab mix and a black lab that I got as a puppy.

  • I was a competitive gymnast when I was younger and still follow the sport today.

  • I have always wanted to travel abroad and finally made it to Australia (#1 on my bucket list) right as COVID was starting.

  • Bachelor of Science in Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition in the Coordinated Undergraduate Program

  • Currently working towards a Master of Nutrition, Texas Women’s University
